Surviving 2012 – Seven Guidelines to Stay Alive

Submitted by on June 10, 2010 No Comment

All of us are aware of the doomsday predictions of 2012 and things that could occur. Many consider it as ‘last days’, though others think of it as an important transformation in consciousness that could alter all things as we know it. The Mayan Calendar comes to an end on 21st December 2012 and several predict a cataclysmic end to humankind. It has no relevance if the prophecies are valid, but you need to be prepared to survive 2012 before it gets belated and you are powerless to do anything.

Doomsday-Prophecy

1. Amass essential things: Ensure that you have huge supply of all essential items such as water, provisions and garments. It may not be a good idea to approach your provision store when scares and mass fear afflict the general public. Always substitute your relief supply with fresh provisions, which will make certain that you have edible foodstuff continuously.

2. Keep appropriate mental attitude: Preparing for a possible catastrophe is very crucial if you plan to survive it. You should be calm and composed to face impending problems while everything else is falling around you. When planning, it is best that you foresee possible devastating events ahead so that you have a program ready to cope with it.

3. Let your good sense prevail: Keep your judgment intact and you will survive 2012. Never do anything foolish prior to any catastrophic events. For instance avenging a perceived wrong is not idealistic for a person who awaits doomsday as you may get incarcerated in case 2012 comes to pass without even a whimper.

4. Do not leave your habitat: Any travel plans on D-day in 2012 should be suspended. The most secure place is your home in case catastrophic events occurs. If you must leave, then avoid overcrowded places and clogged highways where terror might create violent hysteria in the populace. It would be ideal if you have a campsite or home in a secluded place, but remember to carry with you enough water and provisions. You will be away from all-pervasive fear and panic or plundering of relief provisions. Ensure that your home along with its valuables is suitably safeguarded.

Doomsday-Prophecy

5. Presume the event will occur: This appears depressing, though it is a good initiative in that you can think of likely scenarios and plan remedial action. Envision all types of complications and hindrances that could occur such as violent disturbance or sudden fierce agitations. The possibilities are enormous and a coherent thinking will present you with the proper counteractive measures.

6. Anticipate the best: There have been a number of doomsday prophesies and none of them occurred. Presume that nothing strange will occur and continue to have a normal life after 21st December 2012.

7. Keep abreast on the news: Keep yourself informed of the happenings around you particularly closer dates in 2012 for any imminent catastrophe or devastation. From the present reading nothing of devastating nature is foreseeable in 2012, but pay attention to the news, to be on the safe side.

It is always beneficial to have a plan ready for ruinous occurrences as proper planning could save lives in case of natural disasters. Be calm and composed and remember to keep relief provisions with you in case emergency occurs.
